Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of BankStatementHub. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

BankStatementHub converts PDF bank and credit card statements into Excel, CSV, QuickBooks, Xero and OFX formats using automated extraction, and can match statement transactions to invoices. The service is currently free during early access. Each conversion is limited to 10 pages. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we'll say so clearly before anything is charged.

Accuracy

Extraction is automated. Where a statement prints a running balance, each row is checked against it, but results can still contain mistakes — especially on unusual layouts or poor scans. Review the output before relying on it for accounting, tax or legal purposes. BankStatementHub is not a substitute for a qualified bookkeeper or accountant.

Acceptable use

• Only upload statements you own or are authorized to process.
• Don't use the service to process stolen, fraudulent, or unlawfully obtained documents.
• Don't attempt to abuse, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.

Availability

We may change, limit, or pause the service at any time — for example to prevent abuse or while we make improvements.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, BankStatementHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
